Eligibility Criteria
| Post Name | Qualification |
| TB Health Visitor | Graduate 12th Pass and experience of working as MPHW/LHV/ANM/Health worker/certificate or higher course in health Education OR Tuberculosis health visitors recognized the course. Certificate course in computer operations (Minimum 2 Months). |
| Senior Treatment Supervisor | Bachelor’s Inspector’s (Health). Certificate course in computer operation (Minimum 2 Months). Permanent two wheeler driving licence & should be able to drive a two-wheeler. |
| Senior Treatment Laboratory Supervisor (S.T.L.S) | Graduate Diploma in Medical laboratory technology or the equivalent from a Govt. recognized institution Permanent two wheeler driving licence & should be able to drive a two-wheeler Certificate course in computer operations (Minimum 2 Months) |
Salary
- T.B. Health Visitor: RS. 13,000/-
- Senior Treatment Supervisor (S.T.S.): RS. 18,000/-
- Senior Treatment Laboratory Supervisor (S.T.L.S.): RS.18,000/-
